increased to over $13M by March 2000 via organic and acquired growth. Reporting
directly to CEO, developed and managed practice unit of 25 professionals
focusing entirely on Microsoft e-business projects. Responsibilities
consisted of approx. 50% business development, 25% organizational

sales strategies. Tripled revenues within first 4 months, establishing a
